Eileen provides personalized travel planning services for all ages and interests. Though she has become known in the industry as an Accredited Master Cruise Counselor Specialist, MCC, with CLIA, her clients also include honeymooners, retirees, solo travelers, and groups. Eileen is also known as a Certified Accessible Travel Advocate for those with mobility or ambulatory needs, chronic conditions, special needs, dietary and other conditions. Whether it’s a simple hotel stay, close to home or to a multi-country adventure, she uses her personal experience, knowledge of the industry, and extensive contacts around the world to create exceptional experiences at the best value for her clients.

Eileen is also a Verified Travel Advisor, VTA with the American Society of Travel Advisors (ASTA).  The American Society of Travel Advisors is the leading global advocate for travel advisors, the travel industry, and the traveling public. ASTA's certification programs provide a higher level of verifiable professional knowledge to the advanced seller of travel. Completion of the Verified Travel Advisor Program proves to the traveler, and the industry, that the advisor has the highest level of proficiency and dedication to their business. Eileen is also a Certified Travel Counselor (CTC), having earned my designation from The Travel Institute, the oldest and most respected non-profit certification organization in the travel industry. 

These credentials require that she have at least five years of travel industry work experience, completed rigorous two-level certification and testing, and continue to fulfill stringent education requirements each year. Much like an accountant or doctor with their respective credentials, her CTC designation means that she is committed to upholding the highest standards of her profession while providing expert advice to her customers.

Eileen has achieved their Master Cruise Counsellor (MCC) certification through completion of a comprehensive program consisting of cruise sales training and product instruction, delivered through a combination of extensive in-person or virtual classroom training, personal cruise experiences, demonstrated sales success as well as the completion of a CLIA Certificate Program. The Master Cruise Counsellor (MCC) certification is an advanced level certification. CLIA's certification program graduates are widely recognized as the foremost cruise vacation experts among North American travel agents. CLIA certifications are an important consideration for vacationers when selecting a travel agent.
